Our company was incorporated in February 1990. Since that time we have under taken quite a few different projects. Some very small and some very big. The biggest to date was project manager for the addition to St. Marks Anglican Church here in Qualicum Beach. That project had a budget $600,000.00. We came in at around $550,000.00.
Our main line of work seems to be renovations. We seem to do quit a few of them. Some are minor while others are total house guts. Renovations are all ways a challenge. The full house gut seems to always happen on 50+ year old homes. They are very interesting as you will never know what you may run into.
Also do quite a few additions. We pride ourselves making the addition blend into the house so it is very hard to tell there was an addition to the house.
