This place had a chimney fire the night before they were to move in. It caused a lot of damage. The one end had to be re built. They ended up totla gutting the place to get rid of the smoke smell. Put in triple pane windows. Really helps on road noise. Remove the old chimney and insatll gas fireplace. Added all the decks. Re did all the exterior. Only thing we couldn't do was new foundation.
